Looking to plan a convention, trade show or other memorable event? With its abundance of offerings, NYC is the ultimate destination—both inside and outside of the City’s meeting spaces. Our Destination Services team is here to help you take advantage of opportunities across the five boroughs. We provide turnkey and customized tools to help you get the word out to potential attendees about your meeting, as well as information about all there is to explore while they’re visiting NYC.

Whether with travel information, insight into various neighborhoods, dining recommendations, executive car services, theater tickets or business services, our team is here to help.

Visitor Info

We'll help you with everything need to know about getting to and around NYC, plus information on local customs including tipping and more. We can also provide official maps for you to distribute to your meeting attendees to help you promote New York City and your event in a compelling way.

Giving Back

Engage with NYC-based charities, including City Harvest, New York Cares and Habitat for Humanity, to incorporate meaningful service components into your event.

Delegate Discount Pass

This pass—created exclusively for meeting and event attendees—is your guide to savings throughout the five boroughs. You’ll find offers on dining, attractions, tours and much more.

Additional Services

Travel Content

We can provide you with New York City travel content for your website and personalized e-blasts for your attendees to generate excitement about visiting NYC. Content includes how to get here, how to get around and where to see a TV-show taping or sporting event, as well as some additional fun pre- or post-meeting activities for delegates.

City Support

We work closely with the City and State governments and can assist you in requesting letters of support or proclamations from the mayor or governor. Additionally, our in-house communications team can assist with press releases and social media support leading up to and during your show, depending on its size and scale.

Street Banner Program

We operate an exclusive, citywide street-pole banner program. With high-profile, strategically placed street banners, we can help build visibility and recognition for your conference, trade show or convention while you’re in town.

Media Library

We maintain a library of high-quality images, videos and B-roll of New York City for noncommercial promotional use by the media, as well as meeting and travel professionals. Our assets are available for download in multiple high-quality digital formats following a brief registration.
