PARTICIPATION FEE
Due to broader budget challenges, we are only able to offer 10 complimentary registrations for each of the following regions: The Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Upper Manhattan (Harlem & areas north), Manhattan (south of Harlem). We are still offering a significant discount on the participation fee (formerly $2800) for any restaurants that do not receive complimentary registration. These fees directly support the robust marketing plan for the program. As a 501(c)6 organization, membership dues, including the participation fees for NYC Restaurant Week, are crucial for the continued success of the program.
Payment by credit card is required upon registration. Fee includes both Winter and Summer 2025 NYC Restaurant Week and your membership for the year. You must separately register for Summer Restaurant Week in the spring. Participation fees are nonrefundable. Restaurants with any outstanding balance will not be permitted to participate until paid in full and are not eligible for complimentary spots until balance is paid. Complimentary spots will be limited to one per parent company/related restaurants and to those who did not receive complimentary participation in 2023 or 2024. Any exceptions to this will be made at NYC Tourism's discretion and only if the quota of 10 restaurants per region is not filled. All complimentary registrations are pending approval by NYC Tourism to ensure they meet these criteria.
